With the support of DARCOM printing house, the Romanian Association of Oncology “Sfânta Ana” printed thousands of informative fliers in order to help localize breast cancer, as well as the treatment of the disease. The materials were distributed in Tg-Jiu, Râmnicu Vâlcea, Tg-Cãrbuneşti and Bengeşti by the volunteers of the organization starting with Sunday, September 30, 2012.
In order to mark this day, on Sunday, October 7, 2012, the Romanian Association of Oncology “Sfânta Ana”, the University “Constantin Brâncuşi” in Tg-Jiu and Rotary Club in Tg-Jiu organized a pilgrimage to Prislop monastery, at the tomb of father Arsenie Boca, providing the transportation as well as the meal for the people suffering from cancer.
